The Farm comprises of the following:

-     67 acres of coconut and citrus.

-    30 acres of preserved natural tropical rain forest.

-    3 acres of seafrontage (Marine Protected Area).

After years of preservation and sacrifice, the Shankaran family led by Naresh Kumar Shankaran, have built this Eco and Agro paradise which is a delight to its visitors.
